Parmesan Shells

Bag of Parmesan Cheese 1 ½ cups
1 T flour (I put it in the cheese bag and shake well.
Parchment paper 4 rounds approx 5-6 inches drawn on back side of paper with a sharpie and cut apart leaving a 1 inch more on each paper.
Spread the cheese on the parchment paper making it thicker in the middle and lacey on the edges. 
Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown(watch them)- Pullout of the oven and immediately put a bowl in the middle and flip it and shape over the bowl.
