Pere con Robiola e miele

Pears with fresh robiola and honey

Robiola: a buttery cheese made with the cow's, sheep's or goat's milk. Allow the cheese to soften at room temperature for several hours before serving.

10 ounces fresh (not aged) robiola cheese, softened
2 Bosc pears, cored, halved and sliced into thin wedges
1/2 cup raspberries
Fresh Mint leaves
Acacia or other mild, light golden honey. I used Miele with truffles.

Arrange cheese, pear slices on one plate or individual plates. Dot dish with raspberries and mint, drizzle with honey and serve.

Nice ending for a lovely winter meal. Of course you have to have precious friends to share with to make it Perfect!!!
